Brother Karl Kassulke, Gamma Tau/Drake University '63 played in the NFL for 10 seasons (1963-1972) all as a hard hitting safety for the Minnesota Vikings. He was a starter in Super Bowl IV and the next season was selected for the Pro Bowl.In 1973 Brother Kassulke was paralyzed from the waist down in a motorcycle on the way to training camp, never to play football again.
